In principle, the statutory publication requirements under section 325 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) remain unchanged.

However, the Federal Office of Justice has announced that it will not issue any warning notices or administrative fines for violations of the publication requirement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, until April 1, 2024.
