He also likes to describe himself as an “idea midwife” who helps “bring ideas into the world.” The event was entitled: “Talent or technique: Can creativity be learned?” Nils Bäumer shared tips with the audience on how to make even greater use of creativity.

In addition to small shifts in thinking – such as the tip to simply be bold when faced with new ideas instead of answering “no”, so as not to kill them off right away. The audience was particularly impressed by the story of how Bäumer set a Guinness World Record thanks to an idea that emerged during a “Beerstorming” session. Overall, the talk was perceived as engaging, informative, and entertaining. The event was complemented by culinary delights provided by Gabrielle Büssemaker and champagne from Château Champagne, and by Sylvia Raub of Sylvia’s Party Service in Oberkirch, who served creative delicacies.
